Senior Army Instructor: LTC (R) John Gross
LTC (R) Gross joined the Holmes County School system in August 2001. He has been involved in JROTC Instruction for the past 19 years. He has taught JROTC in Tennessee and North Carolina. He entered the service from Tennessee and served as an Infantry Officer throughout his career. He served in Vietnam and retired in 1988 with over 22 years of service. LTC (R) Gross is the recipient of a Bachelor of Art degree from East Tennessee State University and a Master of Education degree from Michigan State University.
